Understanding Your Report
Your PactPro report breaks down your contract into easy-to-understand sections. Here's what each part means.
Executive Summary
The executive summary appears at the top of your report. It gives you a quick overview of:
- What the contract is about
- The overall risk level (low, medium, or high)
- The main points you should pay attention to
Use it for: Getting a quick sense of the document before diving into details.
Risk Levels
Each clause or section is tagged with a risk level:
| Level | Meaning |
|---|---|
| High | Often negotiated or escalated to legal. Worth a closer look. |
| Medium | Common in contracts but may need attention depending on your situation. |
| Low | Typically standard or favorable. Usually fine to accept. |
These levels are based on common patterns in commercial contracts. They are not legal conclusions—they help you decide what to focus on.
