Billing & Plans

This guide explains PactPro plans, limits, and how to manage your subscription.

Growth$399/monthBuilt for 10-15 deals/month10 (expandable)

All paid plans receive the same depth of analysis. We don't gate "smarter" AI behind higher tiers. The difference is in deal capacity guidance, document volume, and team features.

What Counts Toward Your Limit Today

  • Full analysis – Today, each time you run a full (paid) analysis on a document, it counts toward your monthly allowance.
  • Free preview – Does not count toward paid limits. Free tier has its own limit (e.g., 1 free preview).

We describe plans in terms of deal capacity because that reflects how most teams work in PactPro. Current billing enforcement still measures full analyses until the deal-based usage model is fully rolled out.

Managing Your Subscription

Billing Portal

You can manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices through the Billing Portal. Look for a link in your dashboard under Settings or your account menu.

From the billing portal you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View invoices
  • Change or cancel your plan (where applicable)

Adding Seats (Growth Plan)

Growth plans include 10 seats. You can add more seats at an additional cost per seat. This is managed through the Stripe Billing Portal or by contacting support.

Deal Packs and Banked Capacity

If you use Risk Analysis or overflow add-ons, you may have banked capacity or a deal pack that works separately from your main plan allowance. Check your organization settings or the Risk Analysis section for details.

Deal Capacity Framing

PactPro is moving customer-facing plan language toward deal capacity because deals are the core workflow. That means plan guidance is described in terms like "built for 2-3 deals/month" rather than raw analysis counts.

To avoid misleading claims, the current system should still be understood as:

  • plan guidance framed around the number of deals a team typically manages in a month
  • backend enforcement that still counts full analyses during the transition
  • optional overflow capacity that may appear as banked capacity or a deal pack in customer-facing surfaces
